The Woodland Sauerland Dry Gin gets its tart, fresh taste from mainly local botanicals such as hand-picked sorrel, aromatic spruce tips, fresh nettles and strong dandelion root. It is excellent as an aperitif as well as a long drink with selected tonics or in a cocktail.
Our recommendation: As a gin and tonic mixed with a slice of green apple and fresh mint.
